WHOLE LAMB BOX

1 half leg of lamb, 1 whole leg of lamb, leg steaks, 2 half shoulders (bone in), 1 whole shoulder (boned and rolled), neck fillet, rack of lamb, cutlets, chump and loin chops, 2 breasts (boned and rolled), mutton minced/cubes or burgers.

Minimum weight 16kg, price on request. Available all year round

HALF LAMB BOX

2 half legs of lamb, 2 whole shoulders (boned and rolled), rack of lamb, lamb chops, breasts (boned and rolled), mutton minced/cubes or burgers, Kidneys, liver and Neck rings.

Minimum weight 8kg, price on request. Available July-December

PREMIUM SMALL BOX

1 half leg of lamb, 1 half shoulder (bone in), rack of lamb, 4 lamb chops.

Minimum weight 4kg, price on request. Available all year round
